Pyjama party ~ part one

This Fridays styling theme day (or better said 'challenge') is 'Fur and PJ/Loungewear'. Kicking off with my winter 'lazy weekend morning/lounging all day at home uniform' (last time on Jan 1st, the whole day I mean), consisting of leggings (these ones are thermal), long and cozy woollen top and cashmere socks, all glam'ed and cozy-ed up with a fur collar and Twilly. As long as the feet, hands and neck are warm, everything is fine. When at the computer, I often wear fingerless gloves, as my hands get freezing cold in winter. I only 'discovered' them last year, and now I couldn't do without them. If I feel brave enough, I'll post a jammy and fur pic later ;-)

  1. You look lovely!
With the cold weather outside it is what one feels like doing, isn´t it?

  2. Thank you, matcanavez. So true, just looking out of the window drives one to seek extra comfort and cosyness. I only finished supper half an hour ago, and am back into the uniform already ;-)

  3. Oh be brave and post a picture! I'm always curious how people dress at home - are they chic in private or not??? You certainly are! I'm a lingerie addict and love pajamas especially simple ones in sumptuous fabrics. My at-home look is cashmere pj bottoms, large cozy sweater, my wool socks, cream wool slides and sometimes a warm wool scarf. You go girl!

  8. MaiTai,

Could you suggest a source for nice fingerless gloves? The only ones I find are rather coarse. My hands get very cold in winter, too, and my office is always cold.

    Thank you.

    Best,
    Pam

  9. Dear Pam, you could find nice pairs at upmarket department stores, or google 'cashmere fingerless gloves' and quite a few sites will come up. Good luck!
