  3. You are a true photographer-actually, a visual artist, if something like that exists in the list of professions.
Thanks for your generosity and sharing the photos with us.
However, I must admit that I am missing your style-book photos - each one of these is a style lesson.
    Happy Easter.

  5. There's one bag in the world that literally makes me drool, and it's that beauty from Roger Vivier. One of the magazines in the U.S. had a big story about how it took years to get the whole "geometry" of the bags done properly so they'd drape a certain way when placed on a flat surface.

What sites or stores does your husband visit when it Paris?

Thank you for all of the photos, they were gorgeous as always!!!

    1. Thank you dear Laura for sharing your knowledge on the Prismick bag! DH and I enjoy pretty much the same things when in Paris, we just wander, chat, go to galleries, parks, cafés and restaurants, see the occasional exhibition and visit some shops along the way. This time, we were particularly drawn towards interiour design and paint shops, as we are about to re-paint our house..

    2. Sounds lovely, and what a treat to have time for yourselves.

Great minds must be thinking alike LOL. I'm about to repaint my bedroom a lighter version of what's already on the walls, and I'm changing some of the accessories. I'm also tackling the outside of the house, but that's not nearly as much fun. ;-)

      Have a fabulous Easter!

  6. Oh, how I miss Paris!
Thank you so much for the lovely photographs, my dear MaiTai, which add so much colour to a very white Easter (today it snowed again!).
Love the Belle Viviers and the pretty roses took my breath away :)

Great to know that there is another Ladurée in St. Germain.
I wish you a joyful Easter and send you lots of happy Easter hugs, Manuela

  8. Such glorious colours and a most beautiful way to start my day! Again Dear MaiTai thank you so much for sharing your adventures with us. Are those tiny buds I see on the trees? Have fun amongst the paint chips with your DH. Wishing you and your family a very Happy Easter and a safe journey home.

  10. Superbe series! I've relished every post, and even though you stated that there's not much blooming in Paris yet, it still looks more lush than our somewhat frozen Philadelphia.
I just got some great news from my SA who found a Rendez-vous RG and has sent it on it's way to me! The CW is very neutral, but I was so hoping she'd find it in the CW that you have.
Is there any scarf that's exclusive to Paris with this new collection?
Wishing you and your family a very Happy Easter!

    1. Great news re the RVRG, many congratulations! No new exclusive to Paris scarves though. Usually, these are issued for the opening of a new store, and then they getre-issued a couple of seasons later as part of the general collection. Wishing you a wonderful Easter too! PS. If you like, I can keep my eyes open re the CW07.. it never hurts two have a beautiful design in multiple CWs ;-)

    2. Dear Barbara,
usa.hermes.com is showing RVRG CW07, though the link for it doesn't seem to bring up the scarf at the moment - perhaps you can give customer service a call at 800-441-4488. Good luck to you!
