  5. Your light colored sweater contrasts beautifully with the BdG. I'm surprised that you can wear orange so well, dear. There are some that work for me, but mostly, not so much, and I'm also blonde (with a little help ;-). Love the color of your new RVs - perfect to go with your Christmas Birkin. :-) Warm orange hugs, dear. CS

    1. Only a few orange tones suit me, my dear CS... the Potiron is not too bright.. more like spiced apricot jam, as sammie described so eloquently below. The RV and Ms GrisT are best friends already! xx

  6. La couleur de ce pelage est divine! Il accentue le neutrals sans ajouter trop de couleur. Je dois l'acheter! (Watch out...I'm practicing my French.. Je parle très petit français, mais je prends actuellement quelques leçons)
    Ayez une semaine magnifique.

  8. Dearest MaiTai,

I want to say WoW...but it's too loud to describe this soft look, w/ just a hint of color...
which reminds me of spiced apricot jam. The color you have developed here is just delicious, and so wearable--not orange, not pink, not brown, not rust. I LOVE the hint of blush in your newest fluffy furry fox scarf-fur-collar.

Thank you also for taking us along w/ you on the magical tour of Leila Menchari's shop windows. Your photos certainly do these creations justice.

I'm hungry now w/ that notion of spiced apricot jam!

    Thank you!!!

    1. My dear sammie, you are a genius! You nailed the color to a tee, how very clever and brilliant of you. Enjoy a most happy and lovely weekend (will no doubt have spiced apricot jam with a fresh baguette tomorrow) xx

    2. Dear MaiTai!
I just had to come back here to see the lovely, delicious color of Ms. Potiron, spiced apricot jam furry collar. Yes, literally, after typing that, I went to the kitchen to enjoy a spot of jam on toast!!! What I love about this color you have developed is the hint of blush pink underneath. It warms up the complements the blush in everyone's complexion and gives a little lift, w/ a whisper.

So, my dear, it is your genius for developing such an amazing, face-flattering color. (and you are too kind! thank you)
